The history of "standing" Christmas trees, that is, standing, begins from afar,
in Eastern Europe, precisely in Czechoslovakia.
The tradition begins with the creation using ancient handmade techniques of spectacular Christmas trees made with precious materials and the best quality Swarowski crystals.
Glass crystal, also called lead crystal, made its appearance in the 18th century
century during the “Age of Enlightenment”. When the first objects appeared that
used this material, crystal was considered a wonderful material,
precious, noble and desirable.

These were made in the Sixties and now are very rare, almost
not to be found.
